- Available in 15cm or 20cm Main Pillar Candle
Order Process: Once your order is confirmed, we will send you a digital mock-up of the design for approval. Please review the mock-up carefully and ensure that all the information, including names, dates, and any other details, are correct. Kindly approve the mock-up within 48 hours to avoid delays in processing. If we do not receive your approval within this time, we will proceed with the order as it is, based on the mock-up sent.
Please make sure all personalization details are accurate before confirming your order. We are not responsible for errors after the design is approved.
Returns & Cancellations:
- No returns or exchanges are accepted for custom/personalized orders.
- Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchasing. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist you.
Processing & Shipping: Processing takes 1-3 business days, not including shipping time.
Custom Messages: If you’d like to add a personalized message to the candle, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on the available design space.
